University of Tucsia is a student centre based in Viterbo and founded in 1979. This university has six schools, the School of Agrarian Studies, the School of Cultural Heritage, the School of Economics Sciences, the School of Foreign Languages and Literatures, the School of Mathemátical Sciences, the School of Physics and Naturals Sciences and the School of Political Sciences.

Researcher in Economic Policy. The main lines of research concern the programming and innovation policies of agriculture and agro-industry. Specific focus of the activities is the study of interventions in agricultural and environmental policy on the business system and its implications on sustainable development processes at local scale.

Emanuele Blasi is a Researcher in agricultural economics and rural development at University of Tuscia – Department for Innovation in Biological, Agro-food and Forest systems. Emanuele main lines of research concern the economic relations among the food sector and the dissemination of innovation practices to enhance the agricultural system resilience. He study the impacts associated associated with the planning of agricultural and environmental policy measures on the system of enterprises and territories.

Dr. Chiti T. is a PhD specialized in Soil Science with particular focus on soil carbon dynamics by the use of models, laboratory analysis and fieldwork. He has experience on soil sampling for soil carbon dynamics investigation in different ecosystems, ranging from tropical, temperate and Mediterranean forest soils to agricultural soils.
